NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 2, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008275-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and DENNIS W. JORDAN A/K/A DENNIS WILLIAM JORDAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WACHOVIA BANK; LAS CASAS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. - A DISOLVED CORP.; LAS CASAS NORTH OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHAD TIPPETT are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 12 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
