NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007366 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-16, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-16, is Plaintiff and CHERYL L. HOSS; ROBERT D. HOSS; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A ANGELINA KOPIA; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A TERRY FREEMAN, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 12th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10741, 10742 AND 10743, OF SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 40, AS PER PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 6, AT PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
