NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007532 SC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2007-2, TBW MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and EDWARD F. COSTEN; DEBRA A. COSTEN; NATIONAL CITY BANK are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on MAY 31, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, BLOCK 407, 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
