I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 29 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK S, TWELFTH STREET PARK, SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORIDNG TO THE MAP OR PLAT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
