Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 8th day of January 2010, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-003639, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for the Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee County's Public Auction webiste, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 7050, OF CORAL LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
