NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2013, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-054188 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders, of CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-7 is the Plaintiff and Jennifer Gimeno; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com , beginning at 9:00 AM on the 23 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 3007, UNIT 43, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 48 THROUGH 57, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
