THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is Plaintiff and ELTON B. SILCOX; JEAN D. SILCOX; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; ROBERT CASEY D/B/A RC CASEY; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION; are defendants. I will sell the following described property to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, and as set forth in said Final Judgment, to the highest bidder for cash, on the 30th day of May, 2013, to wit:
