NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-056038 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein National City Mortgage a division of National City Bank, is the Plaintiff and Donald James, a/k/a Donald R. James; Unknown Spouse of Donald James, a/k/a Donald R. James; State of Florida Department of Revenue, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 29, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot(s) 50 and 51, Block 4004, Unit 55, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 92 through 106, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
