NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-56277 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2003-4 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-4 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL F. SULLIVAN, JR, A/K/A MICHAEL F. SULLIVAN AND MICHELLE SULLIVAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE; RIVERWALK COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” N/K/A BARBARA THOMAS RESIDING AT 4809 BLUEFISH COURT, FORT MYERS, FL 33919, are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash online beginning 9:00 AM EST at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
