Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 26, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 1006 OF COUNTRY PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1639, PAGES 2179 THROUGH 2240, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
and commonly known as: 1231 BARRETT RD 1006, NORTH FORT MYERS, FL 33903; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on May 30, 2013 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
