NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-054846 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and KYMBERLEE A. BRUGGER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 48-C, WYLDEWOOD LAKES CONDOMINIUM, PHASE XIV, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1446, PAGE 2229 THROUGH 2326, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
