NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed April 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056239 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and PAULA C. FRANQUIZ A/K/A PAULA FRANQUIZ A/K/A PAULA CHERIE FRANQUIZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B, BUILDING 11, KINGS GREENS AT MAJESTIC, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3945, PAGE 2194, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORD OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
