NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed April 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056189 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and MARCIA MCGOWAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit 217, of Timberwood Village II Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1820, page 673 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
