NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed April 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-053742 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and SHIRLEY A. SHAFFER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1-2, BLOCK 4948, UNIT 74, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, AT PAGES 111-131, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
