NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054854 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-A2, is Plaintiff, and WALTER MICKEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 39 AND 40, BLOCK 2226, UNIT 33, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 40 THROUGH 61 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
