NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-052947 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF MARTHA G. MEGONEGAL, DECEASED, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF MARTHA G. MEGONEGAL, DECEASED, MARTHA L. DEFINO, AND ELEANOR M. MAFFEO, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 748, UNIT 22, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 1 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
