NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-056667 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC.; Plaintiff, and MIHAELA MORAR; THORNBERRY II OF LEGENDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THORNBERRY OF LEGENDS COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEGENDS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND CRISTIAN M. MORAR;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 202, BUILDING 6, THORNBERRY II OF LEGENDS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4483, PAGE 2377, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
