KAGAN; KAREN L. KAGAN A/K/A KAREN KAGAN; CROSS CREEK ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COLONIAL BANK F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on August 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 58, BLOCK 5, OF CROSS CREEK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
