NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 24, 2013 and entered in 11-CA-053512 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and JAMES R. THOMAS, DECEASED; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER OF CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; SEVEN LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC.; THOMAS E. SHIPP, JR., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JAMES R. THOMAS TRUST DATED 05/24/1994; THOMAS E. SHIPP JR., AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JIM THOMAS A/K/A JAMES THOMAS A/K/A JAMES R. THOMAS A/K/A JAMES ROBERT THOMAS, JR.; DAVID M. THOMAS; MILDRED A. FISCHER A/K/A MILDRED ANITA FISCHER; ANTHONY W. THOMAS; PHILIP A. THOMAS A/K/A PHILLIP A. THOMAS; ADVANCED, INC. D/B/A ADVANCED ROOFING & SHEETMETAL; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on May 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FAMILY UNIT 112, SEVEN LAKES CONDOMINIUM 20B, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1715, PAGE 1910, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
