NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 25 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-8251, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LINA RESTREPO, CORAL LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE N/K/A NICOLETTE CONRAN, ERIC SIGLER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 100, BLOCK 7055, CORAL LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 12 THROUGH 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
