NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 26 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-021799, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and BRANDON DEJESUS A/K/A BRANDON N. DEJESUS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A. N/K/A C/O PRES, VP, OR ANY OTHER OFFICER AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT SERVICE, REGISTERED AGENT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRANDON DEJESUS A/K/A BRANDON N. DEJESUS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRETTE N. DEJESUS, LINDA A. DEJESUS, BRETTE N. DEJESUS, LINDA A. DEJESUS, JOHN DOE A/K/A JOHN CROSS, JANE DOE A/K/A FERNANDA CROSS and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA A. DEJESUS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
