NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 25 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-056183, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY GULLA, COACH HOMES I AT MOODY RIVER ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., THE MOODY RIVER ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., JAYNE S. GULLA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 504, BUILDING 5, COACH HOMES I AT MOODY RIVER ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT # 2005000128101 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
