JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and BRENT J. BOUDREAU, SR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENT J. BOUDREAU, SR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 29th day of May, 2013, the the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 21, RUN WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTH 1/2 FOR 30 FEET; THENCE RUN S 1°24'16” W ALONG THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF I.D.D. CANAL FOR 175.06 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE S 1°24'16” W ALONG SAID CANAL FOR 125.04 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 82.25 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 125 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 85.33 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
