NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated April 26, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-050809 Division: G, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC (SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION), is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JUDITH A. SHULL, DECEASED; SHERI CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 30 day of May, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
A LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN LOT 5, OF MARIANA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 73, WHICH LOT OR PARCEL IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 5 OF SAID MARIANA HEIGHTS RUN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 5 FOR 90.00 FEET TO AN INTERSECTION WITH THE NORTH LINE OF A PUBLIC ROAD KNOWN AS BECKER DRIVE AS CONVEYED BY DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 264, PAGE 158, OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE OF BECKER DRIVE, PARALLEL WITH AND 90.00 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 5, OF MARIANA HEIGHTS FOR 150.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREBY CONVEYED. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE OF BECKER DRIVE FOR 81.00 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 5, OF MARIANA HEIGHTS FOR 90.00 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 5, THENCE RUN EAST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE OF LOT 5, FOR 81.00 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF LOT 5 FOR 90.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. (BEING LOT 2 OF UNRECORDED PLAT OF BECKER SUBDIVISION)

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
