Vignes FKA Andrea L. Sullivan AKA Andrea Sullivan FKA Andrea Erickson AKA Andrea Lee Erickson; James F. Vignes; David M. Sullivan; Unknown Spouse of David M. Sullivan; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com , beginning at 9:00 AM on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
