NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 30 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-020924, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DONALD M. LESHER, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION, AN ARIZONA CORPORATION, SUMMATYME, LLC, UNITED MORTGAGE C.B. LLC and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD M. LESHER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 36 AND 37, BLOCK 3968, UNIT 55, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 92 THROUGH 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
