NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of April, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-54121, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and MEAGAN M. LABRUZZO, FIFTH THIRD BANK (SOUTH FLORIDA), PARKER LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A GARY LABRUZZO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, WATERWAY BAY UNIT 1, SECTION A, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 71 THROUGH 73, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
