Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2013, and entered in Case No.: 09-CA-069127, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, Mark Garrow, Gail Garrow, William Ellis, Hazel Fitzhugh, William Sutton and Unknown tenants (Natalie Garrow and Matt Garrow)are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 29 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN GOVERNMENT LOT 3, SECTION 3 AND GOVERNMENT LOT 6, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, CAPTIVA ISLAND, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA , WHICH TRACT OR PARCEL IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE S 03° 25Ëš09” E ALONG SAID CAST LINE OF SANIBEL-CAPTIVA ROAD FOR 100.21 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; THENCE RUN S 89Ëš 42Ëš 40 E PARALLEL WITH AND 300 FEET (AS MEASURED ON A PERPENDICULAR) SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID GOVERNMENT LOT 3, FOR 606 FEET MORE OR LESS, PASSING OVER A STEEL PIN AT 229.16 FEET AND A CONCRETE MONUMENT AT 581.53 FEET, TO THE WATERS OF PINE ISLAND SOUND; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY ALONG THE MEANDERS OF SAID WATERS TO AN INTERSECTION WITH THE LINE BEARING S 89° 42Ëš 40 E PASSING THROUGH THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN N 89Ëš42Ëš 40” W ALONG SAID LINE FOR 616 FEET MORE OR LESS, PASSING THROUGH CONCRETE MONUMENTS AT 235.64 FEET AND AT 588.01 FEET FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

BEARING HEREINABOVE MENTIONED ARE TAKEN FROM THE CENTERLINE SURVEY OF S.R. NO. 8867. (the “Property”).
The Property address is 16407 Captiva Drive, Captiva, Florida 33924.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
