NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-056268 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and SCOTT R. PERSING; MERARI PERSING A/K/A MARARI PERSING; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BETHANY TRACE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE VILLAS OF BETHANY TRACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 26 day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK A, BETHANY TRACE, PHASE 1 A, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 83 THROUGH 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
