NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-54946, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and, RICHARD D. SHELNUT; MARIA D. LESHER-SHELNUT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KRISTINA LUSHER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A KEVIN LUSHER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on July 25, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 2, OF UNIT 1, REPLAT, LEHIGH ACRES SUBDIVISION, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 289, PAGE(S) 206, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
