NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056296 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein jpmorgan chase bank, national association, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and SCOTT C. BEGLE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 AND THE NORTH 17 FEET OF LOT 14, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS HILL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT IN PLAT BOOK 9 AT PAGE 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
