NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-053583 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and DUNCAN REVOCABLE JOINT TRUST; JAMES DUNCAN; DEBRAH DUNCAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 3 day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, INCHES PINE ISLAND FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
