ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and KEVIN L. CAMM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN L. CAMM; VILLA CONGRESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; ACRA ELECTRIC, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [x] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 29 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 102, OF VILLA CONGRESS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4492, PAGE 4703, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
