NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 1, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-054238 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and DANIEL W. KENYON, JR. A/K/A DANIEL WILLIAM KENYON, JR. A/K/A DANIEL WILLIAM KENYON A/K/A DANIEL W. KENYON A/K/A DANIEL KENYON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL W. KENYON, JR. A/K/A DANIEL WILLIAM KENYON, JR. A/K/A DANIEL WILLIAM KENYON A/K/A DANIEL W. KENYON A/K/A DANIEL KENYON IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ELLEN MARIE KENYON; STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 31 day of May, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK D, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY - UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
