NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 3, 2013, entered in Case No. 13-CA-050940 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Donka Ignatova; Unknown Spouse of Donka Ignatova are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 75, UNIT 8, SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLorida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
