NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 3, 2013, entered in Case No. 13-CA-050270 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Noteholders of the CWEHQ Inc., CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-L, is the Plaintiff and Salvatore Schettino; Mary Schettino; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 14, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 4, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLorida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
