NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment filed April 26, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-020196 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JOHN A. GIALUCO; AMY P. BORTNER-GIALUCO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; LAKESIDE HIDEAWAY AT BONITA SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ELI CONTRACTING, INC.; COLONIAL BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 29th day of May, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 111, LAKESIDE HIDEAWAY AT BONITA SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4628, PAGE 3125-3237, AND AMENDED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2005000156277, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
