NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 28, 2013 and a Final Judgment filed December 28, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-053217, DIVISION: I of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC (successor by merger to GMAC Mortgage Corporation)is Plaintiff, and KEVIN A. STOUGHTON, MONICA MIMS, ENGLISH VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
