NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 07-12381 Div. C, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-4 is Plaintiff and STEVE ALLEN A/K/A STEVEN E. ALLEN; JOY ALLEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, EAST LAKE PARK UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, AT PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
