NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-000208, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2007-12N is Plaintiff and BARBARA A. BROWNLEE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA A. BROWNLEE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR PRIMARY FUNDING GROUP; WESTSHORE YACHT CLUB TOWNHOMES II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 6039-104 WESTSHORE YACHT CLUB TOWNHOMES II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17103, PAGE 1658, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 132 THROUGH 173, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
