NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-017938 Div M, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and MANUEL SIMMONS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MANUEL SIMMONS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TOULON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, IN BLOCK E, OF TOULON - PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, AT PAGE 277, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
