NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-028587 DIV. J, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. FRANKLIN CREDIT MANAGEMENT CORPORATION is Plaintiff and JUAN PERDOMO A/K/A JUAN ABREU; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN PERDOMO; ANIANA FRANCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANIANA FRANCO; UNKNOWN PERSON #1, IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN PERSON #2, IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, OF PINE LAKE SECTION A, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
