NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-021674 DIV F, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and TARA LYNN W PATERSON, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against TARA LYNN W PATERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TARA LYNN W PATERSON; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; JOHN DOE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 28 1/2 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 118, LA CASA SUBDIVISION OF YBOR CITY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1; PAGE 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
