NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-011261 (M), of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR2 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and WILLIAM MICHAEL LUCIUS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM MICHAEL LUCIUS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OF ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; and TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 31st day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 IN BLOCK 8 OF GANDY MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, AT PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
