NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-008513, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AR6 is Plaintiff and MORDI HABER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MORDI HABER FAMILY TRUST DATED APRIL 2, 2004; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF MORDI HABER FAMILY TRUST DATED APRIL 2, 2004; EREZ TESTILER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EREZ TESTILER; MORDI HABER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MORDI HABER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; #1 TENANT; #2 TENANT; #3 TENANT; #4 TENANT the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, W.E. HAMNER'S TOWERING PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
