NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 06-CA-009985, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and ALFREDO L. PAGAN; DONNA R. PAGAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 AND THE EAST 25.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OR SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AS EASEMENT FOR INGREES AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 50.00 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 AND THE EAST 50.00 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SAID SECTION 9.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
