NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-012784 D, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and BRENDA L. KENNEDY; JAMES T. KENNEDY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, HOLLY LANE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN PARCEL A, HOLLY LANE SUBDIVISION, LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING PORTION OF SAID LOT 21, HOLLY LANE SUBDIVISION BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
FOR A POINT OF REFERENCE, COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWESTERNMOST CORNER OF LOT 20, HOLLY LANE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID POINT BEING ON THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF HOLLY SHORE DRIVE, THENCE N 89°51'05” W ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 21, FOR A DISTANCE OF 33.83 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE SOUTH, HAVING A RADIUS OF 175.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 5.80 FEET ALONG SAID CURVE THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 01°54'2” (CHORD BEARS S 89°03'47” W, 5.80 FEET) THENCE DEPARTING SAID NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE AND SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 21, N 00°08'55” E FOR A DISTANCE OF 35.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 20, THENCE S 48°37'28” E ALONG SAID SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 20 FOR A DISTANCE OF 52.90 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
