NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013 , and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-027040 DIV A, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2005-3 is Plaintiff and JAMES W. DUNN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES W. DUNN, IF ANY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NA; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC; FINANCIAL PORTFOLIOS, II, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOTS 6, 7 AND 8, BLOCK 44, SULPHUR SPRINGS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
