NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29 2011 CA 003417, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and EVE V. EMOND; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BELL SHOALS GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34 PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
