NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-018053-N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2002-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-3, is the Plaintiff and IZAMAR TORRES A/K/A IZAMAR RODRIGUEZ A/K/A IZAMAR TORRES RODRIGUEZ A/K/A IZAMAR RAMIREZ A/K/A IZAMAR TORRES RAMIREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IZAMAR TORRES A/K/A IZAMAR RODRIGUEZ A/K/A IZAMAR TORRES RODRIGUEZ A/K/A IZAMAR RAMIREZ A/K/A IZAMAR TORRES RAMIREZ N/K/A ALEJANDRO VELASQUES; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHAYANE SANABRIA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 25 FEET OF THE SOUTH 145 FEET OF LOT 65 AND THE EAST 50 FEET OF THE SOUTH 145 FEET OF LOT 66, W.E. HAMNER'S ROME AVENUE ESTATES SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
